Turkana County 2022 Presidential Election Results. 96,117 votes, or 67% of the total, were cast in favor of Raila Odinga (Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party; AZIMIO) and Martha Wangari Karua (AZIMIO), his running partner.
A total of 46,696 voters (33%) supported UDA candidates William Samoei Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance alliance.
