Kiambu County 2022 Presidential Election Results. 210,580 votes (26%) went to Raila Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party (AZIMIO) and Martha Wangari Karua, who was his running partner.
606,429 voters, or 74% of the total, supported UDA candidates William Samoei Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance alliance.
In Kiambu County, the voter turnout for the presidential election was 65%.
