West Pokot County 2022 Presidential Election Results. A total of 63,092 voters (or 36%) supported Raila Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party (AZIMIO) and Martha Wangari Karua, his running partner.
William Samoei Ruto (UDA) of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition and his running partner, Rigathi Gachagua (UDA), received 109,944 votes (63%) of the vote.
