TSC Wealth Declaration Portal and How to Use it. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) requires its employees to declare their wealth online through the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal. This declaration, which occurs every two years, mandates employees to submit details about their income, assets, liabilities, and dependents. This guide will help you understand how to access and use the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal effectively.

Requirements for Wealth Declaration

Before you begin the wealth declaration process, ensure you have the following information:

  • TSC Number: Unique identifier for TSC employees.
  • Personal Information: Email, phone number, marital status, address, etc.
  • Dependents Information: Names and ID numbers of your spouse and children under 18 years.
  • Sources of Income: Details and values of all income sources.
  • Assets: Details and values of all assets owned.
  • Liabilities: Details and values of all liabilities owed.
  • Witness Details: Full name, ID number, and address of the witness.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Use the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal

  1. Visit the TSC Website
    • Open your browser and go to the TSC Website or the Teachers Online Portal: https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke.
  2. Login to the Portal
    • Enter your TSC Number (this is for employees only).
    • Enter your password. If you do not remember your password, choose to reset it.
    • Click on “Login” to access the portal.
  3. Access Wealth Declaration Section
    • Once logged in, click on the “Wealth Declaration” tab.
    • Proceed to the “General” tab and click “Next” to move to the “Details” tab.
  4. Fill in Personal Information
    • Enter your email, phone number, marital status, disability status, and other personal details.
    • Click “Next” to save the information and move to the “Statements” tab.
  5. Declare Income
    • Under the “Income” section, state each source of income and its amount.
    • Save each entry before proceeding.
  6. Declare Assets and Liabilities
    • Fill in the details of all assets such as vehicles, shares, buildings, land, and their respective values.
    • Enter the details of all liabilities.
    • Save each entry before moving to the next section.
  7. Enter Dependents Information
    • Enter the names and genders of children under 18 years.
    • For the spouse, provide their name, gender, and ID number.
    • Click “Next” after entering the details.
  8. Enter Witness Details
    • Provide the full name, ID number, and address of the witness.
    • Click “Save” to store the information.
  9. Submit the Wealth Declaration
    • Ensure all information is correctly filled in.
    • Submit your Wealth Declaration before closing the portal.

By following these steps, TSC employees can successfully complete their wealth declaration online, ensuring compliance with the requirements set by the Teachers Service Commission.
