How to Print Kibabii University Exam Card Online. Kibabii University students are required to present an exam card to be able to sit for their exams. This card is essential as it grants access to examination halls and must be signed by the lecturer or invigilator during each exam to confirm attendance. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to print your Kibabii University exam card online.

Requirements

  • Student Registration Number
  • Active Student Portal Account
  • Cleared Semester Fees
  • Stable Internet Connection
  • A Device (Phone or PC) with a Browser

Step-by-Step Procedure to Print the Kibabii University Exam Card

  1. Open Your Browser
    • Use a phone or PC to open your preferred web browser.
  2. Visit the Kibabii University Website
    • Go to the Kibabii University (KIBU) website: https://kibu.ac.ke.
    • Locate the link to the Student Portal on the university website.
    • Alternatively, directly access the Student Portal by visiting: https://portal.kibu.ac.ke.
  3. Log In to the Student Portal
    • Enter your Admission Number as the username.
    • Enter your student portal password.
    • Click on “Login” to access the dashboard.
  4. Navigate to the Academics Section
    • Once logged in, look for the left menu on the dashboard.
    • Click on the “Academics” menu item.
    • This will reveal other sub-menus such as Result Slip, Units/Curriculum, etc.
  5. Access and Print the Exam Card
    • Click on the “Exam Card” link under the Academics menu.
    • Ensure your fee balance is cleared as the portal will restrict access to those with pending balances.
    • Download the exam card in PDF format.

Additional Tips

  • Use a PC for Better Formatting: While you can access the portal and download the exam card using a phone, using a PC is recommended for better formatting when printing.
  • Check Fee Balance: Ensure all fees are cleared to avoid any access issues. The portal is designed to block students with outstanding balances from downloading the exam card.
  • Internet Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the process.

By following these steps, you can easily print your Kibabii University exam card, ensuring you are prepared and compliant for your examinations.
