Step-by-Step Procedure to Print the Kibabii University Exam Card

  1. Open Your Browser
    • Use a phone or PC to open your preferred web browser.
  2. Visit the Kibabii University Website
    • Go to the Kibabii University (KIBU) website: https://kibu.ac.ke.
    • Locate the link to the Student Portal on the university website.
    • Alternatively, directly access the Student Portal by visiting: https://portal.kibu.ac.ke.
  3. Log In to the Student Portal
    • Enter your Admission Number as the username.
    • Enter your student portal password.
    • Click on “Login” to access the dashboard.
  4. Navigate to the Academics Section
    • Once logged in, look for the left menu on the dashboard.
    • Click on the “Academics” menu item.
    • This will reveal other sub-menus such as Result Slip, Units/Curriculum, etc.
  5. Access and Print the Exam Card
    • Click on the “Exam Card” link under the Academics menu.

    • Download the exam card in PDF format.
