How to Reset the TPAY Password to Access TSC Payslip Services. T-PAY (Teachers Service Commission Portal) allows teachers and TSC employees to access and download their payslips online. Occasionally, users may forget their TPAY passwords or need to reset them due to security reasons. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to reset your TPAY password to access TSC payslips online.

Requirements to Reset TPAY Password Online

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • You must be an employee of the Teachers Service Commission (either in teaching or Secretariat).
  • A valid TSC Number.
  • A working and valid phone number linked with TPAY.
  • A stable and active internet connection.

Step-by-Step Procedure to Reset TPAY Password

  1. Open Your Browser
    • On your phone or PC, open your preferred browser.
  2. Access the TPAY Portal
    • In the URL or address bar, type TPAY or click on this link: https://tpay.tsc.go.ke/fa392bf9a4692aa0cc/zln
  3. Login Page
    • Enter your TSC number and password.
    • Complete the SPAM security stamp and click on “Login”.
  4. Forgot Password
    • If you don’t remember your TPAY password, click on the “Forgot Password” link at the bottom of the login page.
  5. Reset Password
    • Once the reset page loads, enter your TSC Number.
    • Click on “Reset Password”.
  6. Receive OTP
    • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the phone number registered on the TPAY portal.
  7. Enter OTP and Set New Password
    • Enter the OTP in the field provided.
    • Set a new password for your TPAY portal. Ensure your new password includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
    • Repeat the new password for confirmation.
    • Click on “Submit”.

By following these steps, you can successfully reset your TPAY password and regain access to your TSC payslips. This ensures that you can continue to print payslips and P9 forms for returns declaration with KRA without any interruptions. TSC Payslip
