Uasin Gishu County 2022 Presidential Election Results. 76,009 votes (22%) went to Raila Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party (AZIMIO) and Martha Wangari Karua, who was his running partner.
The Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition’s William Samoei Ruto (UDA) and Rigathi Gachagua (UDA) received 272,868 votes (78%) in favor of them.
