Kitui County 2022 Presidential Election Results. The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party’s (AZIMIO) Raila Odinga and his running partner, Martha Wangari Karua, received 235,402 votes (72%) of the vote.
89,419 votes (or 27%) were cast in favor of Kenya Kwanza Alliance coalition candidate William Samoei Ruto (UDA) and running mate Rigathi Gachagua (UDA).
62% of voters in Kitui County cast ballots in the presidential election.
