Kilifi County 2022 Presidential Election Results. The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party (AZIMIO)’s Raila Odinga and his running partner, Martha Wangari Karua, received 204,536 votes (72%) of the total.
William Samoei Ruto (UDA) and his running companion, Rigathi Gachagua (UDA), received 77,331 votes (27%) of the total.
