- Dial *522#
- Select Loans and Savings
- Select KCB Mobile Loan
- Select Loan Request
- Select 1 month
- Enter the Amount you wish to borrow (must be within your loan limit)
- Select the KCB Account where the loan should be deposited
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
- Confirm the transaction and submit
- The loan will be deposited into your KCB Account
Using the KCB App
- Open the KCB App
- Select Loans
- On KCB Mobile Loan, select Borrow
- Select the KCB Account where the loan should be deposited
- Select One Month
- Enter the Amount you wish to borrow and submit (must be within your loan limit)
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN and commit
- The loan will be deposited into your KCB Account
