Here you will find a List of All Phone Numbers for the Kenyan 13th Parliament – Contact your MP today. In recent months, I have come across some disturbing information that could easily make headlines on platforms like Wikileaks. I was informed about a method to kill a Member of Parliament (MP) in 60 days by simply adding a pinch of a certain ground flower into their sukumawiki (a traditional Kenyan vegetable dish). This method is allegedly 100% effective and completely untraceable. While I have my grievances with my MP and sometimes wish they would “disappear,” I am not a murderer.

Instead, I have a more constructive suggestion: write to your MP to express your concerns and recognize their achievements, particularly those from 2010. However, be prepared for the possibility that your MP might not appreciate hearing about your anger over certain issues. These might include their support for post-election violence (PEV) suspects, their stance on criminalizing homosexuality, their vote for Kenya’s withdrawal from the Rome Statute, their misuse of Constituency Development Funds (CDF), and their purchase of one of Henry Koskey’s illegal cars, among many other wrongdoings.

I am aware of one MP who has been hiding out in his home village under the pretense of being ill. He avoids parliament, dodges questions, and never appears at public events. According to a reliable source, who obtained a list of MPs’ contact information from the website nyongesasande.com, the era of impunity is over. MPs can no longer evade accountability.

As we enter a new year, make it your resolution to ensure that your MP does not get away with their misconduct year after year. Let them know that their actions will be scrutinized and that they are accountable to their constituents. By holding them responsible and demanding transparency, we can work towards a more just and equitable society.
