From a KCB Bank account using *522#

• Dial *522#
• Select Send Money
• Select PesaLink
• Select KCB Account as the source of funds
• Select Pay to Person
• Select Pay to Account
• Select the KCB Account to send from
• Select Recipient Bank by Category
• Choose the Recipient Bank
• Select Bank Account Number
• Enter the Recipient Bank Account Number
• Enter the Amount
• Enter Payment Description
• Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
• Confirm the transaction and submit
• You will receive a confirmation message

From a Vooma wallet using *522#

• Dial *522#
• Select Send Money
• Select PesaLink
• Select Vooma Wallet as the source of funds
• Select Pay to Person
• Select Pay to Account
• Select Recipient Bank by Category
• Choose the Recipient Bank
• Enter the Recipient Bank Account Number
• Enter the Amount
• Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
• Confirm the transaction and submit
• You will receive a confirmation message

From a KCB Bank account using the KCB App

1. Open the KCB App
2. Select Cash Transfers
3. Select Send to Other Bank [PESALINK]
4. Select the KCB Account to send from
5. Select the Recipient Bank
6. Enter the Recipient Account Number
7. Enter the Recipient Name
8. Enter Payment Description
9. Enter the Amount and submit
10. Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN and commit
11. You will receive a confirmation message
