In the dashboard’s “My Businesses” section, select View.
Choose the business whose name you want to be changed.
Select ‘Make Application’ after clicking on ‘Maintain a firm’.
Select ‘Change business particulars’ from the drop-down menu.
Use a name search and pay Ksh 150 to prevent typing in the name of another firm before entering your desired name.
Once you are certain of the name, enter it together with the details and hang on. You must enclose the information with official, signed documentation prior to submission.
Open a new tab and log into the BRS website to accomplish this.
To access the company register, click forms/regulations under downloads.

To file for a name change, download Forms CR 15 (Notice of Change of Name) and CR 19 (Notice of Special/Ordinary Resolution).

It may take up to five days to get approval and notification of the name change after you have sent in the money and signed paperwork.
