The Uganda Junior Staff College (UJSC) is a staff training institution of the UPDF. It is designed to prepare junior and mid-level officers for command and staff appointments within Uganda and across the East African region.
Graduates of the college typically assume roles as company and battalion commanders, staff officers, and peacekeeping mission leaders.
