The Karen Hospital School of Nursing, part of the Karen Hospital Medical Training College situated on Karen-Langata Road, Nairobi, has been operational since September 3, 2013. The Nursing Council of Kenya accredits it to provide a diploma in Kenya Registered Nursing (KRN), recognized as one of Kenya’s premier nursing programs.
The KRN diploma at this institution is a full-time, three-year course, uniquely integrating cardiac nursing into its curriculum, a distinction in the area. The school boasts a consistent 100% pass rate in NCK examinations.

- Academic Prerequisites: Minimum KCSE Mean Grade of C Plain, with at least a C Plain in Biology and English/Kiswahili, and a C- in Mathematics, Chemistry, or Physics.

- For Residential Students:
- 1st Trimester (on admission): Ksh 139,500
- 2nd and 3rd Trimesters: Ksh 115,500 each

- For Non-Residential Students:
- 1st Trimester (on admission): Ksh 109,500
- 2nd and 3rd Trimesters: Ksh 85,500 each

Additional Fees:
- NCK file and indexing fee: Ksh 9,400
- Books: Approximately Ksh 23,000 (students can either bring their own or provide the cash for the school to purchase them).
