AIC Litein Medical Training College, established in 2011 by AIC Litein Hospital’s board of trustees, is dedicated to producing Christian healthcare professionals in line with its mission to honor God through education. Initially offering a medical laboratory training course, the college expanded its curriculum in 2013 with a nursing diploma, approved by the Nursing Council of Kenya, and further introduced a diploma in clinical medicine and surgery in 2017.

- Requires a certificate in medical laboratory sciences, registration with KMLTTB, and at least two years of relevant experience.
- Diploma in Perioperative Theatre Technology
- KCSE mean grade of C-.
- Certificate in Perioperative Theatre Technology
- KCSE mean grade of D+.
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
- KCSE mean grade C plain, with C plain in English/Kiswahili, Biology, C- in Maths/Physics, and C- in Chemistry.
