The Sacco was registered on 18th March 1977 under the name Laikipia Teachers Sacco with a membership of 35.
By 1st November, 2014, the membership had grown to 5,891.The Sacco rebranded to Unison Sacco in 2014.
Unison Sacco members are drawn from TSC, civil servants, private schools/institution employees, corporates, Micro-credit groups and individual Business entrepreneurs capable of making regular contributions.

- Go to Mpesa Menu
- Select Pay Bill from your M-PESA menu
- Enter Unison Sacco Paybill Number 884 219
- Enter ID number for account number
- Enter the amount you wish to pay
- Enter your M-PESA PIN
- Confirm details are correct and press OK
· You will receive confirmation message from Safaricom indicating that the money has been transferred to the Sacco.
