  1. Gilead Sciences tops the list with $446.7 million in donations. The company focuses on HIV/AIDS, liver disease, and research-based philanthropy, responding to nonprofit funding requests globally.
  2. Walmart donated $301 million, emphasizing career development, worker welfare, and hunger relief. The company raised minimum wages and invested heavily in employee skill programs.
  3. Wells Fargo contributed $281.3 million, aiming to donate 1.2–1.5% of revenue annually. Funds supported local communities and national projects like affordable housing.
  4. Goldman Sachs gave $276.4 million, supporting programs like 10,000 Women and 10,000 Small Businesses, providing loans, training, and entrepreneurship support in 80 countries.
  5. ExxonMobil donated $268 million, focusing on STEM, health, biodiversity, conservation, and women’s economic empowerment. Its malaria eradication programs are globally recognized.
  6. Chevron contributed $225 million, supporting STEM education, women’s empowerment in Latin America, and HIV/AIDS programs in Africa. Its giving adapts to changing oil prices.
  7. JPMorgan Chase donated $224 million to create economic opportunities, develop workforce skills, and support small businesses across 40 countries.
  8. Bank of America gave $168.5 million, funding education, community development, and emergency relief. The bank also acts as trustee for multiple charitable foundations.
  9. Google contributed $167.8 million to organizations tackling social challenges. Employees also gave $21 million in 2014. Initiatives support poverty reduction and criminal justice reform.
  10. Citigroup donated $142.8 million, focusing on financial inclusion and youth employment in underprivileged areas. Its programs connect young people with career opportunities worldwide.
