Registration and Certifications
- Company Registration: Suppliers must be registered with the Registrar of Companies under the provisions of the Company Act.
- PIN Certificate: Suppliers must possess a PIN certificate issued by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
- VAT Registration: Suppliers must be registered for Value Added Tax and possess a VAT certificate or an exemption letter.
Integrity and Capacity
