- Urban Campus (2 acres): Located within Kasese town, the main campus hosts lecture halls, a modern library, a computer laboratory, clinical facilities, and administrative offices.
- Rural Development Site (30 acres): Located outside the town center, this larger site has been earmarked for future expansion projects, including new faculties, student residences, and research facilities. The NCHE has approved this site for phased development.
