Request Registration of Record Data for New Establishment in Qatar. Establishments may submit a request to the Work Permit Department at the Ministry of Labour (MOL) to register any new establishment and create a profile for it so that the employer can later request new labor and use the services provided by MOL.
The establishment registration data are also completed; if the establishment is subject to the Labor Law, the data previously registered at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry shall be entered. However, if the establishment is not subject to the Labor Law, the data previously registered at the Ministry of Interior shall be entered since this type of establishments does not have a commercial register nor a commercial license.
This service is completed with the creation of an establishment record for the first time at MOL and data storage.
Instructions
- Open “Request for registration of establishment records” service, then click on “Apply”.
- Select “QFC Portal/ Establishments Portal/ Governmental Entities” from the “Login Method” list.
- Log in to the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq” using a smart card.
- Enter all the required details and submit your application.
