How to Request Managing Contact Information for Establishment Administrators. Establishments may submit a request to the Work Permit Department at the Ministry of Labour (MOL) to manage the contact information of authorized signatories, representatives, or responsible managers in establishment records.
The applicant selects the establishment whose details are to be edited so that the authorized signatories, representatives, or responsible manager of the establishment are displayed. The applicant then chooses to add, amend, or cancel any of the authorized signatories, representatives, or responsible managers of an establishment, then submits the application and adds attachments.
If the terms and conditions meet every procedure and the application is approved automatically or by the concerned employees, the process ends with the information being saved.
Instructions
- Open “Managing contact information for establishment administrators” service, then click on “Apply”.
- Select “QFC Portal/ Establishments Portal/ Governmental Entities” from the “Login Method” list.
- Log in to the National Authentication System “Tawtheeq” using a smart card.
- Enter all the required details and submit your application.
