The 32-year-old French international, who was a free agent since leaving Juventus in November 2024, is now set to play in the French top flight until June 2027.

Pogba’s career faced significant uncertainty after receiving a four-year suspension in early 2024 due to a failed doping test. However, following an appeal, the ban was reduced to 18 months in November 2024, retroactively effective from September 2023, when his provisional suspension began.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner is now eligible to play, and Monaco have wasted no time in bringing him into their squad ahead of the new season.

“AS Monaco are delighted to announce the arrival of Paul Pogba. The French World Champion has signed a 2-season deal and is now tied to the Principality until 30 June 2027.”
Free Transfer, Big Statement
Pogba becomes the second high-profile addition to Monaco this summer after Eric Dier, formerly of Tottenham Hotspur and Bayern Munich, also joined the club on a free transfer.
The midfielder’s last professional appearance came in a 2-0 win for Juventus over Empoli, where he featured as a substitute. During his second stint in Turin, Pogba made just 12 appearances, struggling with injuries and off-field issues.
