Requirements for Registration of Nurses/Midwives

    • Proof of academic qualifications and results from recognized institutions.
  2. Online Application:

Categories and Internship Requirements

The registration requirements and internship guidelines vary depending on the category of nursing or midwifery training. Below are the details for the four categories of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN):

  1. KRCHN (B) to BScN Graduates:
    • Graduates apply directly for registration without the need for an internship.
  2. RN/M to BScN Graduates:
    • Graduates must complete a 15-week self-sponsored internship in community health nursing before registration.
  3. RN to BScN Graduates:
    • Graduates are required to undergo a 27-week self-sponsored internship in midwifery and community health nursing.
  4. Basic BScN Graduates:
    • Graduates must complete a one-year internship, either sponsored by the Ministry of Health (MOH) or self-sponsored, before registration.
