Nsaka University (NSU) is a private university in Uganda, established in 2009 and provisionally accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education (UNCHE) in 2013. The institution is dedicated to delivering accessible education in Eastern Uganda, emphasizing business, education, information technology, and social sciences.
Location
The university campus is situated on an 11.04-hectare (27.3-acre) site in Mafubira, a neighborhood in Jinja District, off the Jinja–Kamuli Road. Mafubira lies approximately 8 kilometers north of Jinja’s central business district, making it conveniently accessible to students from both Jinja city and surrounding areas.

History
Nsaka University officially opened on 13 January 2009, enrolling its first class of 20 undergraduate students. Over time, it expanded to offer multiple diploma and bachelor’s degree programs. By 2013, the university received provisional accreditation from UNCHE, allowing it to operate as a recognized higher education institution in Uganda.
