Jack Joseph Osbourne (born 8 November 1985) is a British-American media personality best known for his appearances on the reality television series The Osbournes (2002–2005). The youngest child of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and television host Sharon Osbourne, Jack later established himself as a presenter, producer, and paranormal investigator, hosting programs such as Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie (2005–2009), Saving Planet Earth (2007), and Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour (2016–2018).
In recent years, he has been involved in paranormal-themed shows including Jack Osbourne’s Night of Terror, Portals to Hell, and The Osbournes Want to Believe.
Early Life
Jack Osbourne was born in London, England, to Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. He spent his early years between Buckinghamshire and Los Angeles, eventually settling in Beverly Hills, California. Despite frequent relocations, he described his childhood as happy and stable.
He was diagnosed with dyslexia at age eight and ADHD at age ten. His education included time at Park Century School in Los Angeles, a school specializing in children with learning differences. By age 14, Osbourne was interning at Virgin Records and later contributed to his mother’s management of Ozzfest, advising on emerging bands.
Struggles with substance abuse began in adolescence. By 14, Osbourne was drinking and using marijuana regularly. In 2003, he was hospitalized for an addiction to OxyContin and later entered rehabilitation, beginning a long-term recovery journey.

Reality Television Breakthrough (2002–2005)
Osbourne gained fame on MTV’s reality show The Osbournes (2002–2005), which showcased the daily lives of his family. The program won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2002 and made the Osbournes household names.
He also appeared in cameo roles during this period, including Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002), a Super Bowl Pepsi advertisement, and guest appearances on Dawson’s Creek and That ’70s Show.
Fitness and Adventure Shows (2005–2010)
In 2005, Osbourne shifted towards health and fitness, co-hosting Celebrity Wrestling: Bring It On! and appearing in Extreme Celebrity Detox. That same year, he launched Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie, a travel and adventure series that documented his training in extreme sports and survival challenges.
He also took part in Sport Relief and raised awareness for testicular cancer through a widely publicized Cosmopolitan photo campaign.

In 2012, Osbourne revealed his diagnosis of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). He has managed the condition through medication, lifestyle changes, and alternative therapies such as stem cell treatment. Despite occasional relapses, he has continued to maintain an active lifestyle.
