- Select Send Money
- Select Send to M-PESA
- Select KCB Account as the source of funds
- Select send to Own Number or Other Number
- Select the KCB Account to send from
- Enter the Amount
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
- Confirm the transaction and submit
- You will receive a confirmation message
From a Vooma wallet using *522#
- Dial *522#
- Select Send Money
- Select Send to VOOMA
- Select From VOOMA Wallet
- Select Enter Mobile Number option
- Enter Mobile Number you are sending to
- Enter the Amount
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
- Confirm the transaction and submit
- You will receive a confirmation message
From a KCB Bank account using the KCB App
- Open the KCB App
- Select Vooma Services
- Select the KCB Account to send from
- Select send to Self or Other
- Enter the Amount and Submit
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN and commit
- You will receive a confirmation message.
