How to Check KASNEB Exam Results via SMS:

You can easily check your KASNEB results by sending an SMS using either Safaricom or Airtel. Follow these steps:

  1. Open your SMS application on your phone.
  2. Type your KASNEB registration number (e.g., ATD/88361).
    • Replace ATD/88361 with your own KASNEB registration number.
  3. Send the SMS to 20558.
  4. Cost: The SMS will cost Ksh. 10 for both Safaricom and Airtel users.

How to Check KASNEB Results Online:

You can also check your results through the e-KASNEB app. Follow the steps below:

  1. Download the e-KASNEB app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Register on the app if you are a new user, or log in with your existing account.
  3. Go to the “Examination Results” section.
  4. Click on your exam results to view and download your result slip.

Alternatively, you can visit the e-KASNEB portal on a web browser:

  • Log in and navigate to Examination Results to view your scores.

Booking for Next KASNEB Exams:

After receiving your results, you can book your next exams by paying:

  • Annual registration renewal fees,
  • Examination entry fees,
  • Exemption fees (if applicable), and
  • Any other related charges.

Payments can be made via bank account or through the e-KASNEB app.

How to Appeal for Review of Marking:

If you are not satisfied with your results, you can appeal for a review of marking by following these steps:

  1. Download the appeal form (PDF) from the KASNEB website.
  2. Submit the form within 14 days after the release of the examination results.
  3. Attach the official payment receipt or bank deposit slip.
    • Appeal fee:
      • Diploma and Technician exams: Ksh. 5,000
      • Professional exams: Ksh. 7,000

Conclusion:

With this guide, you can easily check your KASNEB exam results via SMS or online using the e-KASNEB portal or app. Make sure to review your results in time and plan for the next exam or appeal for remarking if needed.

This guide simplifies how to check KASNEB exam results and provides insights into the process of booking future exams and requesting a remarking.
