Kenyan politician Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah is from. He was Kakamega County’s immediate past senator. Cleophas Wakhungu Malalah completed his secondary education at Friends School Kamusinga, Kenya, then went on to USIU to get his bachelor’s degree. He is presently pursuing a master’s degree.
In the 2017 general election, Malalah was chosen by her party, the ANC, to serve as the senator for Kakamega County. He ran for Kakamega County governor in 2022 but lost to Fernandez Barasa. He was named the United Democratic Alliance (Kenya) party’s secretary general in 2023.
