RealEstate Brokerage
Real estate brokerage involves licensed professionals, known as real estate brokers and agents, who facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, providing services such as:
- Listing Properties: Marketing properties for sale or rent.
- Finding Properties: Helping clients find suitable properties.
- Negotiating Deals: Assisting in price negotiations and contract terms.
- Managing Transactions: Ensuring all legal and financial steps are completed.
Real estate brokers must adhere to local regulations and often have specialized knowledge of market conditions and property values.
