Realme India is set to debut its Narzo 80 series, kicking off with the highly anticipated Narzo 80 Pro, which will be the first smartphone to feature the brand-new MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset.
While no phones have officially launched with this processor yet, Realme is touting impressive early performance, with AnTuTu scores surpassing 780,000.
Dimensity 7400: A Generational Leap
The Dimensity 7400 is a notable upgrade from the Dimensity 7050 used in the Narzo 70 Pro. It includes:
- 4x Cortex-A78 performance cores (up from 2)
- A newer Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, replacing the older Mali-G68 MC4
- A more advanced 4nm fabrication node (vs. 6nm), improving power efficiency and performance
This setup promises better gaming and multitasking, making the Narzo 80 Pro a performance-focused mid-range contender.
Amazon India Launch Incoming
The Narzo 80 Pro will launch exclusively on Amazon India, which has already published a teaser landing page. Currently, it highlights:
- The Dimensity 7400 chip
- High AnTuTu scores
- Enhanced gaming and multitasking capabilities
Detailed specs, camera info, and design features are yet to be unveiled.
What About the Narzo 80x?
Meanwhile, another model in the series—the Narzo 80x—is rumored to feature the Dimensity 6400 and may be a rebranded version of the Realme P3x. However, none of the existing P3 phones use the 7400 chip, leaving the Narzo 80 Pro as a standalone design for now.
With the official launch just around the corner, we expect Realme to reveal more about the Narzo 80 Pro’s display, camera system, battery, and software features in the coming days.
Stay tuned as Realme continues to push boundaries in the mid-range smartphone space.
