Libokoyi

Libokoyi is the large array of vegetables mostly belonging to the Amaranthus species. There are both wild and developed types. Among them are Amaranthus blitum, sometimes referred to as Guernsey pigweed or purple amaranth. Green amaranth is the common name for Amaranthus viridis. Michicha amaranthus graecizans.
