Sending money from Mpesa to MTN Rwanda can be done in this way. Transacting money between Kenya and Rwanda using M-Pesa is a convenient way for individuals and companies to move money across borders, and it also demonstrates the strong ties between the two nations.

Conditions
The recipient needs to be a current Rwandan MTN Mobile Money user.
You need to have an active Safaricom MPesa account in order to send money from Kenya.

How to Send Money from M-PESA to MTN Rwanda

Send Using USSD *840# Mpesa Global Registration

You have to register for the service before you can use USSD to transmit money. Take these easy actions:

On your phone, enter *840# to view the MPesa menu.
Send it after entering your current location.
Your Mpesa PIN will need to be entered.
Put in your PIN and send
You will receive a welcome message from Safaricom verifying your registration for Mpesa Global Services after your registration has been successful.

Money transfers to MTN Rwanda

To send money to MTN Rwanda, take the following actions:

Now on your phone, dial *840#.
Click the menu item labeled “Send Money Abroad.”
For sending to a mobile number, select option 1.
Choose Rwanda as your travel destination.
Enter the MTN Rwanda phone number of the recipient in the following format: 250xxxxxxxxxx.
Enter the desired amount to be sent.
Verify the transaction by using your Mpesa PIN.
After the transaction is finished, Safaricom will send you an SMS confirming the transaction information and another SMS from M-PESA Global with the MTCN, which you should give to the recipient.

The MySafaricom App in Use
Another simple option to send money to MTN Rwanda is using the MySafaricom app. This is how you do it:

With the MySafaricom app open,. Verify that you are connected to the internet.
To opt in, go to M-PESA and then M-PESA Global.
Accept the terms and conditions after reading them.
While you wait for the SMS confirmation, enter your M-PESA PIN.

Money Transfer to MTN Rwanda

Open the MySafaricom app and log in.
On the M-PESA tab, tap.
Choose M-PESA Worldwide.
Decide to “Send to Mobile.”
Choose the nation to which the funds are being sent (in this example, choose Rwanda).
Enter the MTN Rwanda phone number of the receiver.
Give the recipient’s address, last name, middle name, and first name.
Enter the desired amount to be sent.
Decide on the funding source (such as a business, income, etc.).
Select the funds’ intended use and click “Send.”

Following that, M-PESA will text you a confirmation text containing the transaction details. The recipient will typically get the money in Rwandan Franc in a matter of minutes because of the speedy transfers. The conversion rates are under the management of Safaricom and are changed every day at midnight.

Charges from Mpesa to MTN Rwanda
Sending KSHS 101 is the minimum, and up to KSHS 70,000 is the maximum amount. Transaction bands determine the fees charged by Safaricom when sending money from Mpesa to MTN Rwanda. This is the summary:
