Steps to Apply
- Access the NTSA Service Portal: Visit the NTSA service portal at https://serviceportal.ntsa.go.ke/.
- Login: Use your e-Citizen credentials to log in.
- Driver Testing and Licensing:
- Click on “Driver Testing and Licensing.”
- Attach the vehicle by clicking the “Attach Vehicle” option, then enter the vehicle registration or chassis number.
- Click the “Search” button, confirm the seating capacity, and submit.
- List of Vehicles:
- On the left side of the screen, click “My Vehicle.”
- You will see a list of your vehicles.
- Apply for RSL:
- Click “Apply RSL.”
