The Commercial International Bank (CIB), in collaboration with the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA), has launched a new cohort of the CIB East Africa Credit Analyst Program. This program is designed to develop young professionals in Kenya’s banking and finance sectors, equipping them with the essential skills and practical experience needed to navigate both local and global financial markets.

Building on a 30-year legacy established by CIB Egypt, the CIB East Africa Credit Analyst Program has already produced 39 successful graduates from its trial cohorts in 2020 and 2023. This fully sponsored initiative offers an immersive learning experience, ensuring participants gain industry-relevant skills and hands-on exposure to the banking sector.


Program Overview

The program follows a hybrid learning model, combining virtual and in-person sessions. Key details include:

  • A laptop equipped with a camera, microphone, and speaker
