  • Valid ID (National ID, Passport, Alien ID, Military ID, SPLA ID)

  4. Input:
    • ID or Birth Certificate Number
    • Date of Birth
    • Account Number
  5. Receive One-Time Password (OTP)
  6. Dial *498# again → Enter OTP
  7. Set your 4-digit PIN
  8. Answer 3 out of 5 security questions
  9. Confirm PIN and complete registration
