    • GIT insurance (if offering door delivery services)
  3. Infrastructure
    • A secure storage space capable of handling up to 50 packages at a time
    • A dedicated individual to manage the pick-up station
  4. Branding and Operations
    • Consent to Jumia branding for your location and staff
    • Bank guarantee

Steps to Open a Jumia Pick-up Station

  1. Visit the Jumia Website
    Navigate to the Jumia Kenya website.
  2. Register
    • Click on the “Register” button.
    • Select either the “Service Provider Registration Form” or the “Logistics Service Provider” option.
  3. Complete the Registration Form
    • Fill out the required details, including your business and contact information.

    • Click on “Apply to be a Vendor” and submit your application.
  7. Application Review
