Muni University (MU) is one of Uganda’s youngest public universities, established to meet the higher education needs of the West Nile sub-region and beyond. Licensed and supervised by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education (UNCHE), MU was designed to provide science- and technology-focused programs alongside health and agriculture studies.
Though still relatively small, MU is expanding its reach with plans for additional campuses in Okollo, Bidibidi (Yumbe District), and Pakwach.
