Unsubscribing from Safaricom’s SKIZA Tunes allows you to stop the service and remove any charges associated with it. Here’s how you can unsubscribe:

  • Step 1: Access the SKIZA Menu
  • Step 2: Navigate the Options
  • Step 3: Select Manage My Tunes
  • Step 4: Choose to Unsubscribe
  • Step 5: Confirm the Unsubscription
  • Step 6: Unsubscription Confirmation
  • Additional Tips:

Step 1: Access the SKIZA Menu

  • Dial *811* on your Safaricom line to access the SKIZA menu.

Step 2: Navigate the Options

  • Once the menu opens, you will see options to manage your SKIZA Tunes, including subscribing or unsubscribing from tunes.

Step 3: Select Manage My Tunes

  • Choose the option to manage your tunes, often labeled as “Manage My Tunes” or similar wording.

Step 4: Choose to Unsubscribe

  • From the management menu, select the option to unsubscribe or delete the SKIZA Tunes you no longer wish to keep.

Step 5: Confirm the Unsubscription

  • You may be asked to confirm that you want to unsubscribe. Confirm the selection to proceed with the unsubscription. Alternatively, you can delete a SKIZA tune by simply sending an SMS to 811 with the word DELETE and the SKIZA code of the tune you wish to delete. For example, send DELETE 5775787 to 811.

Step 6: Unsubscription Confirmation

  • After confirming, you should receive a message indicating that you have successfully unsubscribed from the SKIZA Tune service.

Additional Tips:

  • Review Regularly: Regularly check your SKIZA Tunes subscriptions to ensure you are only subscribed to tunes you enjoy and wish to pay for.
  • Customer Support: If you encounter any issues or need assistance, contact Safaricom customer support for help.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and unsubscribe from Safaricom SKIZA Tunes, helping you control your subscription costs and preferences.
