How to Request Paper or Digital Documents or Maps in Qatar. Individuals and companies may request paper or digital documents or maps, and fees apply as per the type of documents or maps.
Offline Instructions
- Submit the required documents as follows:
- Individuals: Copy of Qatari ID and certified copy of title deed.
- Companies: Letter from company proving its contract with the government.
- Pay appropriate fees.

Customer Service Counter at the Urban Planning Department.
Additional Information
- The Ministry of Municipality clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
- This service requires two days to be completed.
