How to Request Geographic Information System Software Licenses in Qatar. This service allows for providing all ministries and institutions connected to the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Network with licenses to all the GIS software in the form of Floating Licenses through connection to GISNet or in the form of Stand Alone License.
