How to Request External Connection from Ministry of Transport in Qatar. Individuals and government entities may submit a request to the Land Transport Planning Department at the Ministry of Transport (MOT) to connect external areas to a road.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the Land Transport Planning Department by email.
- Attach the following documents:
- Letter addressed to the department director
- Copy of QID
- Blueprint
- Title deed or building completion permit or building certificate or whatever proves the building exists
