Hossam Zaki Zouki (born 1982, Egypt) is an accomplished mechanical engineer and project management leader with over 20 years of expertise in MEP engineering, construction, and infrastructure development. He currently serves as Associate Director–MEP at Red Sea Global (since July 2025), where he contributes to one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious development ventures.
Zaki graduated with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering from Cairo University in 2003. His early career began in the metallurgical industry at El Ebor for Metallurgical Industrial (Galva Metal), where he worked as Section Head of Pickling Line (2003–2006), overseeing production quality, maintenance, and process improvements.
In 2006, he moved to Qatar to join Al Jaber Electro-Mechanical Co., where he spent more than 14 years in senior project roles. He worked on major developments including the Al-Alawi Office Tower, Merweb Hotel, and the New Doha International Airport (NDIA). Rising through the ranks, he served as Mechanical Construction Manager and later MEP Site Manager, leading healthcare and infrastructure projects with top consultants like Dar al-Handasah and Bechtel.
From 2020 to 2023, Zaki became Sr. MEP Manager at Mace Macro, managing the ZED West Project in Egypt (400,000 m² mixed-use mega project with residential, retail, and hotel facilities). His work ensured successful delivery of complex systems while coordinating with leading firms such as ECG, ORASCOM, ROWAD, and REDCON.
In July 2023, he joined Red Sea Global, first as Senior Construction Manager, before being promoted to Associate Director-MEP in 2025. In this role, he leads integrated MEP systems for large-scale sustainable developments, applying his expertise in AutoCAD, project coordination, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
Beyond his technical career, Zaki is recognized as a mentor, team-builder, and leader, with endorsements for leadership, project management, and teamwork. He also founded initiatives within projects to promote quality, efficiency, and professional collaboration.
