Disposition of Property or Housing Unit Privilege by Selling or Assignment (Doha Municipality). Individuals or juridical persons, namely a company, foreign entity, international organization or foreign body (non-Qatari person, whether natural or juridical), may submit a request to dispose of property or housing unit privilege by selling or assignment.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form (by assignee), then submit it to the Real Estate Registration Office for non-Qataris.
- Attach the following documents:
- ID cards of both assignee and seller.
- Original Benefit Certificate (to be provided by beneficiary).
- Signed contract between assignee and seller.
- Benefit Privilege Non-Objection Registration (to be filled out by beneficiary wishing to dispose of property)

- This service requires three days to be completed.
Fees
Applicable fees constitute 1% of property’s value.
