Connect PayPal to Your Mobile Number

  1. Visit the PayPal Homepage

  6. Verify Mobile Number
    PayPal will send a verification SMS to your mobile. Enter the code on the PayPal screen and click “Submit”.

Add a Secondary Mobile Number

Follow the same steps above to add another number. Use the “Add” button in your account’s phone section and verify the second number as instructed.


Connect PayPal to Your Bank Account or Credit/Debit Card

  1. Log In to PayPal

  2. Go to the Wallet Section
    Click “Wallet” at the top of the screen, then choose “Link a Card or Bank”.
  3. Choose What to Link

  4. Verify the LinkFor Cards:
    • PayPal will make two small charges to your card.
    • Check your card statement for PayPal’s charges and codes.
    • Return to PayPal, enter the codes, and click “Submit”.
    • The charges will be refunded.
    For Bank Accounts:
    • PayPal sends two micro-deposits to your bank account.
    • Check your bank statement and note the deposit amounts and codes.
    • Go back to PayPal, enter the codes, and confirm.
