Troubleshooting Screen Time Passcode Issues
If you encounter issues resetting your Screen Time passcode, confirm that you are using the correct Apple ID associated with the original Screen Time setup. This may be different from the Apple ID currently logged into your device, especially if you’re part of a Family Sharing group. It might also be necessary to use a family member’s or your child’s Apple ID.
