In addition to customizing the Summary tab, you can track your fitness progress over time by reviewing your activity trends.

    In the Summary tab, scroll down to the Trends section to view how your activity has changed over the past 90 days. You can see trends for Move, Exercise, and Stand, as well as other stats like Workouts and Mindful Minutes.

    If you want to change your fitness goals, tap on any trend or stat to adjust your targets. For example, you can set a higher or lower Move goal (calories burned), Exercise goal (minutes), or Stand goal (hours with standing activity).

4. View Workout History

    In the Summary tab, find the Workouts section. This displays your recent workouts, including activity type, duration, and calories burned.

5. Add Mindfulness and Other Metrics

For a more holistic approach to fitness, you can also add Mindful Minutes and other health metrics to your Summary tab.

  1. Track Mindful Minutes
    If you use the Mindfulness app for meditation or other mindful activities, you can track your Mindful Minutes in the Fitness app. Ensure Mindful Minutes is enabled in the Health app and visible in your Fitness Summary.
  2. Other Health Metrics
    Tap on Health in the Fitness app and scroll through to find other health metrics such as Sleep, Nutrition, and Heart Rate. You can add these to your Summary tab for a complete view of your wellness data.

6. Use Siri to Check Your Activity
