Overview
Meru National Park is arguably one of the best parks in Kenya to experience unspoiled nature. The park’s striking scenery features thick vegetation, 13 rivers, swamps, Adamson’s falls, and multiple mountain streams. It is home to a variety of wildlife including Grevy’s zebra, plains zebra, elephants, eland, bush pig, waterbuck, cheetah, leopard, reticulated giraffe, hippopotamus, Bohor Reedbuck, hartebeest, python, puff adder, cobra, buffalo, and more than 427 recorded species of birds.
