Minimum Entry Requirements
- Certificate Programmes
- Minimum Mean Grade: C- (Minus) at KCSE or its equivalent.
- Diploma Programmes
- Minimum Mean Grade: C (Plain) at KCSE or its equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree Programmes
- Minimum Mean Grade: C+ (Plus) at KCSE or its equivalent.
- Postgraduate Diploma Programmes
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least:
- Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or equivalent from Kenyatta University or any recognized institution, OR
- Second Class (Lower Division) or equivalent with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least:
- Master’s Programmes
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least:
- Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or equivalent from Kenyatta University or any recognized institution, OR
- Second Class (Lower Division) or equivalent with at least two years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least:
- Doctor of Philosophy Programmes
- Master’s degree in the relevant area of study from Kenyatta University or any recognized institution.

- Academic Transcripts and Certificates.

- Identification documents (National ID or Passport).
Offline Application
- Obtain application forms from:
- Admissions Block, Office No. 12 at Kenyatta University.
- Regional Centers in Nairobi, Embu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kericho, Kisumu, and Garissa.
- Downloadable forms available on the Kenyatta University website.
- Attach the following:
- Copies of relevant professional and academic certificates and transcripts.
- Two (2) 1×1 passport-size photos.
- Original application fee receipt.
