How to Apply for KISE 2025 Intake

KISE offers a straightforward application process to ensure accessibility for all prospective students.

Steps to Apply

  1. Choose a Course: Identify the course that aligns with your career goals and confirm you meet the entry requirements.
  2. Online Application:
    • Visit the official KISE online application portal: KISE Online Student Registration.
    • For new users, click “Create Account,” otherwise log in with your email and password.
    • Follow the instructions on the portal, including payment of the application fee.
  3. Offline Application:
    • Download the application form from the KISE website.
    • Submit the completed form to the Admissions Office at KISE, Nairobi, along with the necessary documents.

Required Documents on Admission Day

  • Admission letter (original and a copy).
  • Academic certificates (originals and certified copies).
  • School leaving certificates (originals and certified copies).
  • Teachers Service Commission (TSC) letter of appointment and certificate of registration (originals and certified copies).
  • P1 certificate (original and certified copy).
  • National ID (original and certified copy).
  • Birth certificate (copy).
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs certified by a Head Teacher or Sub-County Director of Education.
  • Completed and signed medical form (stamped by a government medical officer).
  • Approved TSC study leave.

Important Notes

  • Intake Periods: KISE intakes occur in January, May, and September, offering ample opportunities to apply.
  • Deadlines: Ensure your application is completed before the closing date to avoid missing out.
  • Fees: The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid through MPESA or direct bank deposit.
  • Admission Letters: Only applicants meeting the requirements will receive an admission letter granting them full access to the KISE student portal.

Bank Payment

Deposit the application fee into:

  • Bank: KCB, Ngara Branch
  • Account Number: 1128797836
    (For new students, use your National ID as the admission number)

MPESA Payment

  1. Go to M-PESA and select “Lipa Na M-PESA.”
  2. Choose “Pay Bill.”
  3. Enter the Business Number: 851201.
  4. Enter the reference number (sent via SMS).
  5. Enter the amount to pay.
